HERMAN B. WEIN, of Aurora. Passed away November 2, 2008. Beloved husband of Carole (nee Jerman); devoted father of Jeffrey (Ann) Wein, of Denver, CO and Linda (Gary) Sole, of Littleton, CO; loving grandpa of Jordan and Erica Wein; dear brother of the late Selma (Howard) Friedman; uncle of 27 and many great nieces and nephews; brother-in-law of Mary (Norb) Ruffing, Peg (Ed) Rowan, Joseph (Mary Beth) Jerman, Richard (Joan) Jerman, Janet (Bill) Williamson, and Joanne (Bill) Majeski. Herman served in the US Army during WWII in the South Pacific Base Command, attached to the New Zealand Air Force. He was awarded the American Service Medal, the Asiatic Service Medal, Good Conduct and World War II Victory Medal. He was a proud graduate of Penn State University. Robert was born in Cleveland May 17, 1950 and raised in Moreland Hills, he was a 1968 graduate of Orange High School where he played football. He attended BGSU and an entrepreneur with his father with Briggs Industrial Sales. He was also a successful businessman with Central Source Incorporated. He passionately hunted and collected ducks, mainly in Canada, with a group of friends for the past 30 years.
