Milton Drew “Skip” Walker, of Solon died January 8, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Patricia, Dear father of Bonnie (Robert) Ahrens, Jeffery (Sharon), Timothy, Matthew, Susan, David (Cheryl). Loving Grandfather of 18, great grandfather of 7; brother of the late Charles (Jean), and Jeannie (William) Davidson. Skip served in the Marines Corps between WWII and the Korean War. Had a career as a packaging Engineer. During retirement Skip enjoyed Working at Sea World of Ohio and driving a school bus. His hobbies included metal detecting, hunting, fishing and camping. His greatest love was his family and caring for his wife of more than 50 years. Services Saturday January 10, 3pm at Kindrich-McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home, 33375 Bainbridge Rd., Solon, where family will visit with friends TWO HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICES.
Internment Crown Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made in Mr. Walker’s name to Alzheimer’s Association- Cleveland Area Chapter, PO Box 74924, Cleveland, OH 44194-4924.
