DOROTHY L. “DOT” WAGNER (nee Swinderman), age 84. Life Member of Aurora VFW 2629 Ladies Auxiliary. Beloved wife of Albert J. “Buzz”; loving mother of Linda Lane, Michael (Lorraine) Pearson, Kelly (Douglas) Kishmarton, and the late William “Bill” Wagner; dear step-mother of Albert “Buzz” Jr., Jan Marie (John) Pesicka, and Jason (Debbie) Wagner; devoted grandmother of Tricia, Michael, Tammy, Erin, Traci, John and Emily; great grandmother and great-great grandmother; dear sister of Helen Marucek, Sue Wisniewski, Bill Swinderman, and the late Charles “Bud” Swinderman, Jean Nawal, and Marge Netzel; aunt, great aunt and great-great aunt of many. Services Wednesday December 28, 10AM at STEINBAUER FUNERAL HOME, 33375 BAINBRIDGE RD., SOLON, where family will visit with friends FROM 3-8 PM TUESDAY. Dorothy was born in Cleveland on July 19, 1927 to Charles and Cecelia (nee Sauer) Swinderman; she has lived in Aurora since 1957. She married Buzz on December 16, 1966. She was a homemaker as she raised her children but also enjoyed her role at Aurora VFW 2629 in the Ladies Auxiliary. She loved BINGO. Dorothy died at Ahuja Medical Campus from complications of diabetes.
