Kindrich-McHugh History
Thomas S. Steinbauer has owned and operated the Kindrich-McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home for over 15 years, since 1993. The funeral home has been in existence since 1955, serving the four county area of Cuyahoga, Â Geauga, Portage and Summit.
Tom was raised on a farm in north central Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is also a licensed Life Insurance Agent; all three licenses in the State of Ohio qualifies him to be skilled in all facets of the funeral services, pre-need planning, funeral directing, as well as excellent embalming skills.

The Kindrich-Mchugh Steinbauer Funeral Home offers you the warmth of a century home along with a state of the art service room; the largest in the Chagrin Valley area. Refinished antiques, well balanced lighting, and warm, light blue tones compliment the Victorian era decor. A garden walkway and outdoor sitting area amidst shade trees, add to the tranquility of our home during warmer months.
