Kindrich-McHugh History
Thomas S. Steinbauer has owned and operated the Kindrich-McHugh Steinbauer Funeral Home for over 15 years, since 1993. The funeral home has been in existence since 1955, serving the four county area of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage and Summit.
Tom was raised on a farm in north central Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University and Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is also a licensed Life Insurance Agent; all three licenses in the State of Ohio qualifies him to be skilled in all facets of the funeral services, pre-need planning, funeral directing, as well as excellent embalming skills.

The Kindrich-Mchugh Steinbauer Funeral Home offers you the warmth of a century home along with a state of the art service room; the largest in the Chagrin Valley area. Refinished antiques, well balanced lighting, and warm, light blue tones compliment the Victorian era decor. A garden walkway and outdoor sitting area amidst shade trees, add to the tranquility of our home during warmer months.
